Alec joined Schreeder, Wheeler & Flint as a real estate associate in March, 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Alec was an associate at a real estate and business law firm in Decatur, Georgia focusing his practice on commercial real estate, land use and zoning, and corporate formation and governance. Alec has experience representing clients in various facets of commercial real estate development, from selection and formation of ownership entities through land acquisition, leasing, management, and disposition of multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and agriculture properties. Alec represents timber investment management organizations (TIMOs) in connection with the disposition of timberland portfolios throughout the United States, as well as management of existing assets.
Alec is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia.
