Jeff has more than fifteen years of experience in state and federal courts throughout the country, primarily in the areas of business litigation, commercial bankruptcy, and professional liability. His practice includes helping major financial institutions and commercial manufacturing companies recover on defaulted obligations through workout negotiations, lawsuits, replevins, foreclosures, and bankruptcy litigation; advising and assisting businesses to resolve a wide variety of disputes; and guiding attorneys, accountants, receivers, trustees, bankruptcy trustees, and other trusted professionals through litigation brought against them by former clients and third parties.
Jeff previously served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia for Judges Hugh Lawson and Marc Treadwell, successively. He is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia, the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. Jeff has also served clients through pro hac vice admissions in numerous other courts throughout the country.
