For instance, the firm recently successfully negotiated a $26,000,000 settlement of a threatened condemnation by a local governmental agency that resulted in a bifurcated sale to both the local government and The Trust for Public Land. Our attorneys also effectively litigated a condemnation action brought to install an injector sewer line across property located within the Chattahoochee River Protection Area, resulting in a final judgment more than ten times greater than the government's original offer.
